Ajay Delarosa is the Founder and Principal Mortgage Broker of Delarosa Financial Inc., bringing nearly a decade of mortgage lending experience and more than 15 years of leadership, coaching, and management experience.
Before entering the mortgage industry, Ajay spent several years developing young leaders and adults as a Black Belt Instructor and Director for one of the largest martial arts organizations in the United States. In this role he coached students in discipline, leadership, and personal development.
After graduating from Michigan State University, Ajay began his career serving families through the State of Michigan Department of Human Services as a Child Protective Services worker. He later continued his work supporting families as a Foster Care Social Worker with a nonprofit organization focused on family reunification.
His experience working closely with families during difficult moments shaped the way he approaches his work today.
Ajay eventually transitioned his passion for helping families into the mortgage industry, where he assists homebuyers in navigating one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
Prior to founding Delarosa Financial Inc., Ajay worked with one of the largest mortgage lenders in the country, helping thousands of families successfully purchase homes. His reputation for clear communication, reliable guidance, and solution oriented thinking earned him strong recognition within the industry.
Today, through Delarosa Financial Inc., Ajay leads a mortgage brokerage built on trust, strategy, and long term relationships. His approach focuses on helping clients understand their options, structure the right mortgage plan, and move through the home buying process with confidence.
