About Ajay Delarosa
Founder and Broker Owner of Delarosa Financial Inc. Ajay has over 7 years of mortgage lending experience and 15 years of management, leadership, and coaching. For serveral years, Ajay worked as a Black Belt Instructor and Leader/Director for the #1 largest Martial Arts franchise in the nation developing youths and adults on leadership. After graduating from Michigan State University, he began his career with people at the State of Michigan Department of Human Services as a Child Protective Service Worker. He later joined a non-profit organization reuniting families as a Foster Care Social Worker.

Ajay transitioned his passion for helping families to the mortgage industry. Before founding Delarosa Financial, he worked for the largest mortgage company helping thousands of families move into their dream home. His level of communication, solution-focused mindset, ontop of his availability, and reliability earned him the highest levels of recognition within the mortgage industry.
